Quadrupedal Movement is a conditioning exercise used in Parkour. It involves moving on all four limbs. It can also be useful in urban exploration for moving through narrow spaces.

Types[]

  • Basic quadrupedal movement A simple crawl performed by keeping the body low to the ground and moving one leg and the opposite hand forward at the same time.
  • Side quadrupedal movement Both hands are moved to one side, and the feet are moved to same side, moving the practitioner sideways.
