The Kick vault is merging a speed vault and a lazy vault together and adding a kick afterwards.

(NOTICE: This move that you're about to read about is slightly advanced and I recommend doing few parkour workout to get used to this type of parkour and be sure to train your safety, speed, lazy vaults before attempting this!)


  1. (For right handed and right legged) Place your left hand on obstacle.
  2. Kick your right leg up and over the obstacle like you're doing a safety vault. (left leg follows the right one)
  3. when your legs are on the opposite side of obstacle place your right hand behing you on right side Ca. 20-30 cm. right from your left hand.
  4. Kick your right leg
