The Gather Front is a type of Frontflip. However, rather than jumping and landing with feet together like a regular front tuck, the gather front is preformed with a gather step (with feet staggered). The freerunner then dives forward and upwards, then tucks tight just like a regular frontflip.
- Do not try this move until you are good at a regular front tuck. Knowing how to dive roll will also help with move.
