Understand that you should not flip unless you are properly prepared and have proper supervision.

Bend the knees and push off using the ball of your foot.

As one leg starts to push up drive you other foots heel behind you with a lot of energy in an attempt to kick over the back of your head

At this point you should already have your chest down and your back flate (parallel to the ground)

Push your hips up and spot a point on the ground infront of you. (This wil keep you from tucking to soon) Remember you still need to be able to get as much hight as possible (make sure push your hips up before trying to go over)

Now tuck your head in and allow your rotation to come from using the wind mill movement with you arms

Spot the ground and be aware of your location in time and space =)

Land on the balls of your feet with bent knees and lightly absorb the impact..

 Celebrate
