What is the differences between a lazy vault and a thief vault? Well both vaults are used while traveling almost parallel to the wall or object. As you run up next to the wall the leg closest to the wall is the first one to kick over and land while doing a lazy, but if your outside leg (leg furthest from wall) kicks over first and lands first you just did a Thief vault.
Please keep in mind there are many paths that you can take to reach the same destination. In these parkour and freerunning tutorials I will be breaking down the movement the way I know how. These are not the flashiest videos, and I do a lot of talking, but please take the time to listen and I am sure you will learn a lot.
