The bar kip is a move used in Parkour and freerunning to go from a hanging position to a cast position (with the bar at the waist). It can be used on a pipe, branch or any similar object.

Technique[]

  1. Swing nice and high.
  2. At the peak of your swing, bring your toes to the bar.
  3. Pull the bar from your toes to your waist.
