This article is about a movement which can be dangerous if preformed incorrectly or without proper preparation. Perform this movement with caution.

A Cat to cat or Prince of Persia (named after the video game franchise) is a technique used in Parkour and freerunning. It is a leap from a cat position into another cat on an opposing wall (it can also be done into a lache, crane, precision or just about any other technique).

Technique[]

  1. From a cat hang, lower one foot beneath the other.
  2. Quickly bring it up and push off of it while driving the knee of the opposite leg outwards. Spot your landing.
  3. Turn your body and land in whatever technique suits the situation.
